2009 sees the 20th anniversary of the St Vincent Declaration. To commemorate this, a conference entitled “Defeating Diabetes in the 21st Century—Celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the St Vincent Declaration” will be held in Glasgow on 21st to 23rd November. The event is being organised by IDF Europe, EASD EURADIA, FEND, ISPAD, PCDE and Diabetes UK with the support of WHO Geneva.
